Dark chocolate gelt - where to buy in NW DC or MoCo?

Rodman's only sells milk chocolate.

Just bought some at Trader Joe's in VA, but I assume they will have them in MD too. Also, saw some in Target $1 section though they're probably really gross.

Are they dark chocolate though? I bought some but they appear to be milk chocolate.
