| Did you try IUI again for subsequent babies? We were able to get pregnant on our first IUI despite TERRIBLE numbers the day of, in fact the RE said it wouldn't work and we put our deposit down for IVF. I'm wondering if we should even bother again or go straight to IVF? Get our numbers checked again? Anyone btdt? |

| Depends on how old you are now, what your numbers are, etc. If you can deal with a longer process and can afford to try a couple IUIs before IVF I would do it if you were successful before. |

| We have DD from an IUI when I was 35. We did two IUIs this time (now 38) before moving onto IVF. Kind of wished we’d gone straight to IVF. First fresh transfer was successful but ended in an early loss at 8 weeks. Now I’m waiting and waiting for things to go back to normal to do an FET and thinking I shouldn’t have wasted two cycles on an IUI. |
