Capital Lacrosse thread?

Would you mind sharing why the "Shake Up at Capital Lacrosse" thread was removed?

There were continued posts naming individuals who were not participating in the threads. These kept being reported and I kept removing them. That got to be tiring. Also, the thread had become less about lacrosse and more about posters insulting each other. That also was pretty tiring.

Okay. Thanks for the response. It's too bad, because some of it was helpful to those interested--though I agree some weird hangups with certain people were degrading the value.

Yes, thank you for removing this thread. While there was some good discourse and information, it was completely lost in the middle with all of the other stuff. It is sad because girl athletes and athletics are still sidelined but the Capital thread wasn't helping pulling anyone up.

Why was the Stars thread also removed? Same reason?

I only removed one thread, but I think this was the same thread. I think this thread was started as a Capital thread but became a Stars thread which was part of the issue with it.
