My dog smells fishy

Should I be concerned and does this require vet attention?

This happens when our dog gets ear infections. I don't know if it's dangerous (they don't seem to bother him) but the smell is intolerable so we get ear drops from the vet pronto.

My dog gets this when he eats certain treats (like bully sticks)

You might have to get their glands expressed . We just had our dogs done at vets.

This. When they smell fishy, anal glands are usually the culprit.
