Recommend a treadmill

I do NOT want one with a big tv screen, they make me so claustrophobic

I’m looking for one that is reasonably quiet, adjusts speeds easily for interval workouts, and overall a solid treadmill. I don’t care at all about built in programs or workouts as I use an app for workouts

Different poster. Money is an issue (or let’s say I don’t feel like dropping 2K on a treadmill). Is there a non commercial grade between 200 and 500$ that is worth it? I am relatively light and small
