What showcase rule are you referring to? Coaches come and watch, so come June 15 before the sophomore year they know who they'd like to talk to. Why would there be any desire to change that?

In the ECNL 15s must do 2 showcases, 16s 3 17s 3 19s 1, with the chances will they scale back the 15s and 16s and add to 19s

I wouldn't pay for a showcase if my kid was a U18/19.
