Trans abdominal cerclage

Hi ladies! Has anyone had a trans abdominal cerclage placed? Were you able to have a full term pregnancy? Any complications? I’m 42 yeas old and just completed 2 egg retrieval’s at SG to get 5 normal embryos. One of my doctors recommended a trans abdominal cerclage because I had a 2nd trimester loss back in December. I’ve had a myomectomy in the past and I think this caused my cervix to open prematurely. My doctor wants to place the abdominal cerclage before they do the embryo transfer. I have a consultation on Monday with Dr. James Robinson at medstar hospital center.
