Probably wasn’t a police report made.
Cops probably grabbed dude for another offense and found the cards in his backpack.
If you don’t report a crime the cops can’t register it.

Sounds like MCPS if it’s not showing up on the Crime Map. MCPS similarly keeps certain ‘incidents’ off of the At A Glance reports.

Because I have kids. And live in MoCO. Just noting the similarities between Metro and MCPS leadership - seems like both organizations would prefer to cover up any negative incidents.
