| I am in shared risk program and shady grove is planning on taking me out o the program as I ave had multiple miscarriages s. The last one was at 18 weeks after all my issues were resolved outside of shady grove. SG wants me to get a gestational carrier even though my other doctors including mfm have said I don’t need one. Any local clinics that will work with me? And do they have a similar Shared risk program. |
|
Most clinics have some type of shared risk or financial guarantee, but it's not likely you will qualify with your history.
|
| Can I payout of pocket and keep going |
| It is likely you won't qualify for another shared risk program, but yes you can get treatment outside of those types of plans. Find somewhere that treats RPL like GWU or CCRM Northern Virginia and do consults with them. |
| What is rpl |
| NP here I am in a military situation but need donor eggs will GWU work with me with our own finance. I am ok with using an egg bank. |
| Sorry meant similar not military |
| If you want to explore other options consider CFA and Dr. Abbasi. She works with patients who have immune issues and is generally more inclined to look into alternative causes/solutions as opposed to SG which doesn’t always like to deter from their more cookie cutter approach. |
| Also CCRM - they were more willing to try different protocols than Dominion, at Dominion they were like well, we just having to keep trying and see how it goes. Um, thanks, but not at 25k a round. |
+1 it may be worth rtalking w/ CCRM. |
| Rpl is recurrent pregnancy loss. There's testing they can do to look further into if that's an issue you have. |
Yes GW will do this. They work with Fairfax Egg Bank and World Egg Bank. |
