Ideal age range for nanny share ??

Looking for a nanny share for our 3 month old. What’s the ideal age range that works well in a share? I can see how it may be nice to have an age gap (little more independence with one child?) or is it better to have similar age kids together?

Hi, we are also looking for a share (or to host one) for our little girl who will be 3 months in October when I return to work. Currently interviewing nannys and looking for a second family perhaps, to keep costs lower. Are you interested?
