Books for impulsive eating

Like a lot of people, I tend to go for comfort food — cookies, cake, etc — when I’m tired, emotional, bored, and so on. I’m trying to stop. Can anyone suggest something along the lines of a CBT workbook that might be helpful for this process?

Don’t buy and bring it to your house.
Drink a full glass of water when you have the urge.
Take all sugar out of your diet after two weeks you will be fine.
