Gold's Gym in Ballston. I'm pregnant, so can't speak to quality, but I know they have one.

For a smal baby (under 1 year) I recommend The Energy Club in Arlington. They have a small room with capacity for a few kids. If your child is older and running around, XSport on King St. in Alexandria, near Shirlington, has an indoor playground and an infant room.

Fitness First -- technically Falls Church, but right on the border and they do have an Arlington location in Courthouse.
