Getting to the Stones concert at FedEx Field on Wednesday

What is going to be the best way to get to the concert on Wednesday? Will be coming from Shaw. I’ve never been out to FedEx Field. Metro then walk? Risk that terrible traffic? I can’t leave until 6 and the concert starts at 7.30. Thanks!
