Getting vaccinated when you might have had H1N1 already?

Hi all

Has anyone's pediatrician given you guidance on whether your child should get the H1N1 vaccine if they have had H1N1, or if there is a downside associated with doing so? We have suspected but unconfirmed infections that have taken place over the past few weeks at our house. If there is no downside to getting vaccinated even if they did indeed have it, we may as well, but I'd love to know if anyone has heard of a downside from a medical professional.

A friend's kids have all had flu this fall, and their pediatrician (at CMG) told her to have them vaccinated anyway.
