Field availability during summer in Arlington

What kind of personal use are you talking about? If you want to have a part or other private event, you need to reserve them through the parks & rec department. If you’re just looking for space for your kids to run around, it might help it you narrow it down within Arlington. |

| Just to practice with my kid. I know many fields are utilized by camps so I was wondering which are not. |

If it’s just you and your kid practicing, you don’t need a proper field. Just use one of the open green spaces at any park near you. |

| go to any turf field anywhere in the county. Try TJ Rec Center too. nobody is going to kick you off unless a team is practicing in the evening and you are in the middle of their space. |

| If you are willing to drive to McLean or Langley High School in the mclean area, you can use the HS football field all day long without any interruption. You can also use the baseball or softball field which are real grass if you want to. I guess rich people prefer to stay in door in the hot summer |
