I'm with Dr. Moragianni but have had Dr. Payson for a few of my monitoring appointments. I always found Dr. Moragianni much more approachable and calming in that setting. That said, during those times, he has been filling in due to a back-up in appointments or a last-minute scheduling issue so the circumstance could be reasoning.
One thing I've appreciated about Dr. Moragianni is that she is strongly focused on connecting with all care providers who are part of the process. She has reached out to our acupuncturists, my husband's reproductive urologist and my primary care physician to make sure everyone is kept up to date with our treatment, our labs and our schedules. I don't know if Dr. Payson does that as well, but if that is important to you, I'd ask how he handles that.
