Has anyone done post pregnancy massages to help with your body re-adjusting back to normal? Anyone you can recommend? Thanks!

No, but I am doing physical therapy after I deliver this one to help with my hip/pain issues.

Used to be a woman named Astra at The Well in Mt Pleasant that was great, but I think she may have left! I'm also interested to hear recommendations for this.

I provide Body Treatment as Cavitation, Lymphatic Drainage, Sculpting etc.
I do work with plastic surgeon as well.

I can't recommend anyone but I got weekly massages for a few months. She came to my house. I had a c section and it helped with swelling.

Elizabeth Shrader at The Well is also great for postpartum massages!

People who still have their parents’ in their lives. Age 52, both parents now gone. DH parents gone. No grands for our kids any longer. Grateful for the time we shared with them.
