Question regarding the deletions policy

Question on the protocols for these forums: Are all reported posts automatically deleted? The deletions from this thread seem a bit absurd. Wondering if you can clarify what is going on? TIA.

Don't all reported posts are deleted. I only delete the ones for which the report appears justified. I also remove posts that quote or refer to a deleted post. I also remove posts that discuss deletions or moderation since those are off-topic and we have an entire forum for such posts.
