Breasts bigger - will they get smaller?

Anonymous
I have two kids, 4 and 2, and am finally at pre-baby weight! However, my breasts were c-cups before, and now they’re DD. I’m smaller than I was when I got pregnant with my first, and am 5’3, and I feel these boobs are too big for my frame! Any chance they’ll go back down?

hmm...when I lose weight the first place I lose it from is my breasts.

Did they go down at all when you lost weight? You can't spot reduce so unless you lose more fat they will likely not shrink.

Mine were larger and totally out of shape after having children. 15 years later I got a lift and reduction- money well spent and I wish I had done it a few years after having my last child...

+1. I went from a DDD to a C but put on weight so now I'm a D but a total improvement to my appearance.

My went back to their regular size about a year after I stopped breastfeeding.

Mine got permanently bigger after kids. I went from C to DD. When I lose weight it comes off of my butt, thighs and belly. My chest stays the same, though. I doubt that I'll ever be able to wear a medium sized shirt again.

^Adding - my waist, rib cage and feet are also permanently bigger. I used to have a much more defined hour glass shape.

I'm a 42 year old woman with two sandbags sitting on my chest after losing 40 lbs and completely agree that this is a good problem to have. My only solution is breast implants which I refuse to get. Consider yourself lucky, sister.
