Filing for divorce when separation agreement has been signed

| STBX and I signed our separation agreement and have been living separate lives for a year now. It’s about time to file in court. I’m meeting with my lawyer this week and need to make sure I’m covering everything with her. Anything you wish that you had addressed in the final agreement that you didn’t hit in your separation agreement? Anything that you revisited? |

| If you did the separation agreement right the divorce decree should incorporate it by reference. |

I’m at this same point, lawyer did not change anything in agreement when filing. It’s why we worked so much on developing the the agreement.
It’s just paperwork at this point, waiting for court in 6 weeks |
