I just tried this and love it--suspend your disbelief because it looks strange..
Kale Chips Heat over to 400- break off Kale from stem to make little "chips" drizzle with olive oil or use a salad spritzer with a little dressing drizzle sea salt (and it's important that it's the sea salt for texture) Bake 5-10 minutes depending on your oven It is sooooooooooo good-it felt fattening!! |
| That is interesting - I'll have to try it! |
| Veggie Booty. |
| WF have these wheat chips that are low fat high fiber. Can't remember what they are called. Really like them. |
| I sprinkle parmesan on low fat popcorn. I love popsicles, esp the whole fruit ones. Sweet potato chips (prepare similar as the kale recipe) |
| Air popped popcorn, sprayed with just a little oil, salt, and nutritional yeast. Tastes really cheesy and sooooo good. |

trader joes strawberry shortcake (frozen)
140cals for 1/5th cake or 175cals for 1/4th. Also like whole fruit popsicles (especially the edy's grape ones) and popcorn. |
