I used verizon wireless/iphone for my business and this is the second time my vm says it's full when it's not full. Potential clients cannot leave voicemail messages for me, which is costing me income.
I try going into *86 and it asks for my password and then my vmail is empty. Anyone else have this problem and resolve it? THANK YOU! |
Call Verizon. This has happened to me before. |
Call *86 to get into your actual voicemail. That’s what’s full. Deleting on the iPhone does not delete on the actual Verizon based recording. |
Read again, already tried that |
Given you cannot figure out how to use voicemail, I'm sure your potential clients are better off not getting in touch with you. |
NP. Sorry to disappoint you, but it’s a known glitch with Verizon. I had to go to setting, reset all network settings, and it fixed it. |
OP again. Nope, it's not full. Nothing is full. I called Verizon and they promised it's cleared out. This is the second time in one month this has happened to me. Beyond annoying. It's costing me untold amounts of potential income |
You are an asshat! Unwell. Nasty. |
My DH’s had the same problem today— message said it was full even though it wasn’t. |
Well, I would say you can setup a Google voice number and forward your voicemail to that in two minutes.
You should have a business service or maybe a landline. Not just an iPhone. |
is the V mail on your iphone full?
you can delete a voice mail on an iphone, but then it still stays in a deleted messges file. you need to clear that file as well. |

So what other settings did it delete? |
