I have two

The people who take their entire families to Costco and move so slowly and take up entire aisles.

The mom who leaves huge gaps between her and the car in front of her in our school's car line. I think she falls asleep or is watching her phone. Once someone dared to go around her (I guess thinking the car was disabled) and that did NOT go over well.
