Yoga DVD that doesn't tell me to "breathe through my gills"?

Anonymous
I'm looking for a good yoga DVD that is LIGHT on the "spiritual" advice and more focused on the physical aspect - I love yoga for the fitness, but find myself deeply irritated by the "imagine your breath is a thousand butterflies" crap. Any suggestions for a fitness oriented yoga DVD?

(The "breathe through my gills" thing comes from a pregnancy yoga video where the instructor kept instructing viewers to "breathe through the sides of your neck." Am I a frickin' fish?)

Amen. Just tell me how to perform some strengthening stretches and leave my gills alone.

I like the Core Fusion yoga/pilates videos.

LOL. thanks for the laugh. I do yoga at the gym so I can't recommend specific videos, but you might look for ones that are labeled "power" or "ashtanga." most of the teachers I've had who teach the vigorous styles of yoga go easy on the spiritual stuff.
