Please recommend your go-to for a car detail

I want to treat DH to a car detail for Father’s Day, something I know he will appreciate very much. Our 2 kids under 5 have done a number on the interior with food stains, crumbs, crayon markings, etc. so I’m looking for a place that will do a deep cleaning and get the interior looking like new. I’m not talking the assembly line type car wash centers.

You can take the car to the dealership of Acura, they would do the best job knowing the car best. However there are other places. I would recommend do just the interior, not the exterior, it is so much cheaper then both, then just take car to the carwash and do the ultimat car wash with poly coat that leave car shinny like new and protects the coat. Nothing beats that, no waxing comes ever close and no other surface. The car looks really brand new after that. |

| Bumping this up. Can anyone recommend a good detailing outfit, ideally near Arlington, now (last post is from 2019)? Would be amazing if we could get someone to come to our house and do a driveway detail of both our cars. We have a grimy sedan and a grimier SUV in need of some love. |

| What’s your budget? Detailing to me means $300-500 on the low end to thousands for various paint correction, clay, polish, paint protection film, and ceramic coating. |

| Oh we had a great guy come to our house and detail our cars! We used JR Mobile Detailing. You wouldn’t believe how amazing the cars look now with no goldfish crumbs etc. The cars look brand new. He even cleaned the car seats!! This is going to be a yearly thing for us from now on! |
