| I’m just not hungry. This happens every summer. I just have no real appetite, I only pick at the food on my plate, but I tend to drink more beverages, particularly teas and infused water. Is this biological? Like we fatten up in winter or something? |
| I eat less, but drink more. I love a super cold beer when it's hot outside. |
This is OP. I think I could live off of beverages in the summer. I too enjoy an ice cold beer in summer! |

WOW same!
I told someone this the other day and they looked at me funny I eat wayyy less in the summer, I could only go for watermelon and smoothies lol |
| Yes plus veggies taste better so I eat more of those. |
| Me absolutely! I am “filled up” by the warmth, the light, the general happiness. I do not need as much food. Delicious summer foods for a meal and that is it. |
| I’m hoping this will be the case this year. Haha. Seems logical with longer days, more outside activity, and not wanting a heavy meal when it’s hot outside. A nice margarita will do the trick! |
| Yes. I gained a full 10 lbs less when I was pregnant with my Maryland baby than my 2 Bay Area babies. |
| Yes. I just don’t want much hot, heavy food when I’m warm! |
Absolutely! Mostly fruit and veggies, but I make up for the calories with drinks and ice cream so I don’t lose much weight

No. I am more active during the summer and that tends to stoke my appetite. Add in vacations and day trips and I have to be careful not to gain weight over the summer.
|
| I eat much less but seem to drink more alcohol. A glass of wine or a cocktail just always sounds good with dinner or right before dinner |
| Yes, me, and it's a problem. I'm actively trying to lose weight and have upped my workouts and feel like I'm forcing myself to eat enough calories. I just don't want much of anything. |
| Yes, but sadly every winter I pack on a little more and summers don’t compensate... |
