Best place to get cake or cupcakes for kids birthday?

Best bang for the buck cupcakes for large party? Delicious is important to me.

Is this for the kids, or will there be adults there too? I have done the fancy good cakes for kids and they take one bite and don’t eat it. Get them Costco or Safeway.

Costco or BJ's make pretty good cupcakes, and Wegmans are yummy. Safeway/Food Lion/Giant cupcakes are not good. Harris Teeter makes some cute ones that are ok. (I buy a lot of cupcakes for work celebrations...)

You want actual delicious cake for kids and adults? Wegmans! I swear some people only come to my kids' birthdays because of this cake. Half chocolate cake with raspberry filing and half vanilla cake with chocolate filling topped with the whipped cream frosting. It's amazing and we've gotten it for every party for the past 5 years.

What does that mean? What foods specifically?

Safeway. Last I checked they had cute unicorn, dolphins etc. I guess you can ask for whatever character you want

Safeway cakes are yummy. So are Costco cakes.

Sometimes WF bakery is good, sometimes not. Their cupcakes are more reliable than cakes, IME.
