Long luteal phase--what does it mean?

What does it mean when your luteal phase is consistently long?

I ovulate on Day 12 and my period comes CF 38-40. This is a new development in the last 6 months. I am 41.

I went to my GYN recently for exam plus blood/hormone testing, all normal. Exam was normal, hormone testing was normal, CBC and thyroid panel normal. The only value that was a little elevated was FSH (15).

Not sure what to think about this? I am TTC and thinking it's a bad sign. But I'm also not on the brink of menopause either.
