I bought one from Amazon. It’s not Apple certified refurbished though, I think you have to buy directly from Apple if you want that.

After a lot of research, we just bought a used 6s on Ebay. DH did have to stalk several auctions over the course of a week in order to finally have the winning bid in our price range on a good-condition phone from a reputable seller, but it was worth it.
