| I need to wash my hair every other day or it is noticably greasy. Any suggestions for a quick fix to tone down the grease? I have dark hair so I can't use baby powder, which is what my blonde friends use. |
| They have dry "hair shampoo" products out there that are tinted to match the hair. Great for freshening the hair as well as adding extra body for any hair type. |
| Don't we all need to wash our hair at least every other day or it becomes greasy? Honestly, this would happen to me, too, at least at the scalp, and my hair is thick and coarse enough to absorb a lot without being too obvious. |

Bumble and Bumble makes an excellent dry shampoo.
(I should know, I wash my fine, straight hair far less than is socially encouraged). |
No. Not everyone has greasy hair; many people have dry hair, particularly if it is colored or highlighted. Also, people with curly hair don't need to wash as often. |
Ok. I may be thick, coarse, curly, and dry enough to keep you from knowing what's going on under my hair for several days, but I would certainly know. It would bother me, so I wash more frequently. |
| OP again... thx for the responses, maybe I will try a "dry" shampoo. Was also wondering if anyone had any ideas for hiding the grease (other than a hat/scarf) if I don't have time for a long shower with a complete shampoo/conditioner wash. |
You asked the question I have been thinking about! Thanks! I know what you are talking about. Please, recomend a good shampoo. Ps. NOT everyone has to wash hair every other day; and stores have shampoo for normal, dry hair, color etc. but I do not see something for oily. Thanks |
I swear by Ojon dry hair spray shampoo, get it at Sephora. I have fine but thick naturally light blonde hair and I have to wash it at least every day. If I wake late or am just sick and tired of the blow dryer, my Ojon is my awesome go to. It also thickens my hair. The onyl other solution I everfound was a hat and that only works for running errands not work or church or dinner out.
