What are the best leagues for girls in NW/Moco?

I'm looking ahead for my very strong DD. As she grows, what are the best leagues to play for that will advance her skills and help her develop?

If she's good enough, just go play for Bethesda's top team, whatever league they're in.

Your DD will practice against her teammates 3-4 times a week. Much more important to be challenged and coached well at practice vs games. They just do not play many games when compare to practices and till about u12 they do not keep score of the games.
