Homeroom teacher leaving. Gift ideas?

| DC's homeroom teacher is leaving the school at the end of this year. We loved her and would like to make some fond memories for her. Need ideas for gift and/or activities. Either individual (from DC) or a group gift from the class (though I'm not the room parent). TIA! |

Could you get parents to have their kids write letters and combine those with a picture of the kid? Its pretty easy to get stuff like that bound into a book, especially if its all scanned and sent that way.
