what's for dinner TONIGHT (thanksgiving eve)?

I don't feel like making anything tonight - I have to work all day today and when I get home, I have to start cooking /prepping for tomorrow's big meal.
What are you having tonight? |

| I believe Chinese TakeOut is traditional, but we might branch out for Thai. |

Wasn't that before Eli Whitney invented the light bulb? How in the world did they stay up late the night before doing a Kung Pao Chicken-making marathon -- and make it look easy, too? |
