Small clubs in Chevy Chase/Bethesda/NW DC area?

Achilles U12 has 2 teams. Top is pretty set in stone, Div I EDP very good. Lower team plays SAM Select. Big disparity but it is a small club, never more than 2 teams in each age group and sometimes just one.

Where does Stoddert practice, generally?

I heard @ Palisades/Key, Mann, Murch.

Achilles 2007 is a very strong team--very strong. Several DC United DA kids joined so I was told and they often use the 2007s to play up with the 2006s.

Does anyone know where the various teams practice? I have heard:

Achilles trains at St. Johns and SoFive in the winter.
DCYFC trains at St. Albans and Palisades I think.

Any other ideas?

Stoddert boys U12 teams normally practice at Shepherd. U13 boys teams normally at Jelleff. Locations and times are consistent once set for the season. We’ve had a very good experience with the Stoddert blue team (the top one). I also know people, mostly with younger kids, who are happy with PPA. Have heard mixed things about Achilles; sounds like development might be good on the A team, but have heard that it’s a mess organizationally, and personally, I just don’t have time for that in my life for a 12-year-old’s sport/hobby.
