Alternative to the Wiggle Room for kids’ clothes?

Anonymous
I really liked going to the Wiggle Room consignment shop in Bethesda for nice, reasonably priced kids’ clothes. I liked that it tended to have more options for solid colors and simple prints, rather than cartoons, phrases, or excessively floral or animal prints. Too bad it closed. Does anyone have recommendations for other stores to shop for similar, nice but reasonably priced clothes?

I tried the Growing Years consignment shop in Kensington, but I found that they had more poofy dresses than practical ones, and had only very preppy clothes with too many ruffles for my taste. Any other consignment/thrift/etc options that you’d recommend?

Ebay. Better selection. Better prices.

I loved Wiggle Room. You could try thread up too. I find Kid to Kid a little more difficult to go through the clothes.

Kid to Kid I found to be too squashed together and hard to look through.

I don't like any of the alternatives, but since I refuse to pay full or even sale prices, I use eBay and Kid to Kid.

Bellies and Babies in del Ray is nice. They post a lot of the clothes on their Facebook site so you can see what’s in before you go.

I've found Swap.com, and the occasional other online alternative, much preferable to the local consignment shops.
