Goat Cheese Pasta:
Fettucine 1 can diced tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1 4 oz log goat cheese dried parsley heat 2 tbs olive oil and crushed garlic. Add tomatoes and simmer on med. Reduce heat to low, add goat cheese. When melted sprinklle with some parsley, salt to taste. Serve over pasta. Green salad if you want to be healthy. Delicious. From one of those 100 Pasta recipes books back in the 90s. |
