Can I plant the baby Yukon gold potatoes that we didn’t eat and now have eyes? There’s a whole bag. They were organic. I don’t want to waste, but my family won’t eat.

Any tips? We used to buy seed potatoes, but is there honestly a benefit if one has potatoes with eyes lying around?
