Any positive and/or negative experiences with the club? How is the training at the B/C level (gray, black? I understand he kids train academy style but is there really opportunity for kids on the lower teams to be invited to play with the higher teams during any one game?

Our experience has been great and my child moved up from a lower team. That being said, all teams and coaches are not equal so you may need to give more info on age and gender to get the feedback you are looking for. Good luck!

We’re considering Rush too. I’m really not sure what to make of them. My understanding is Rush is just an umbrella organization. The teams are all very independent. If a coach coaches multiple teams in an age group there may be opportunities for advancement. For example my friends daughter played for a coach who had multiple teams and kids moved up and down. But in my son’s age group the teams don’t seem to have any connection at all. They have different coaches and practice locations and even pages. Because Rush isn’t a traditional club, it seems like there might be a lack of oversight. Yet it appeals to us because it seems each team operates independently so a coach can make decisions based on what is best for his team vs the club. And hopefully if you get a coach you like, you don’t have to worry about coaching changes.
