I saw an odd charge on my credit card from a service I do business with. I don't want to name them. Anyway, I was ready to push to victory but in the first minute of my talking with the agent on the phone I could tell she was a mouth breather. (Wheezes during silence.) She sounded like an older woman, and I guess with Mother's Day coming up I felt sorry for her. I just said thanks for your help, keep your money, have a nice day, and goodbye.
Happy Mother's Day everyone. |
| Umm ok |
| wtf |
| And that is how you know you have too much money. |
| Lol I'm currently a mouth breather because of bad allergies. I wonder what I can get away with. You sound like one of those people who toots their own horn thinking they are so sweet and charitable...but really you're offensive and obnoxious |
| Maybe it is a trick they teach them in call center school! |
|
Uh, she didn't keep the money. The big corporation kept your money.
WTF. |
x10000 |
| Maybe this is your idea of paying it forward? |
LOL |
| You're crazy as hell, OP |
|
If I'm going to take the trouble to call and dispute a charge, I will see it through and get my money. I hope you're not flip-flipping through the rest of your life, OP. Save your money for causes that are worth it! |
| Much better to give money to a registered non-profit that helps these people, like The Society for Distressed Obligate Rictal Spirators, than this type of ad hoc support. |
| This post doesn't make much sense. The credit card company doesn't lose either way and in fact charges the merchant a fee for the credit card dispute. You giving in maybe gives the credit card company agent a little less work but she will just be moving on to the next case/dispute so it's really all the same for her. |
| Was it $1 charge? |
