Brine?

I would love to hear about any successful turkey brine recipes that you have used. I think the salt and water is what is most important, but haven't found one that actually gave the turkey good flavor. TIA!

My mom swears by the brine sold by Williams Sonoma. She says she'll never do another turkey without it.
