Where can I see High School club rankings or scores?

For middle school, I can look up the HoCo and NGLL scores/rankings.

Anything similar for high school club teams?

There's no easy way for high school clubs. The best way to tell is look on tourney machine at the high profile tournaments when they happen this summer. For boys, this would be ones like NLF Championships, Platinum Club, Crab Feast, Naptown Challenge, and NAL.

Clubs don’t play each other in a league. Just tournaments?

Correct. Clubs don’t play in spring at the high school level because everyone plays for their high school team. So it’s just summer and fall tournaments and maybe a box league that no one cares about.
