Neither will work on my firesticks in two of my rooms, although they work in others. I continue to get error messages on how to fix this, have followed the directions, and have not been able to contact a real live person to assist. Anyone had this issue?

what do the error messages say? Are you plugging the firestick into the correct spot? Do other things work on the firestick in those rooms?
