Prolactin levels and cabergoline while pregnant

Just got pregnant with IVF, and my endo said to continue taking cabergoline until 7 weeks pregnant and then stop completely. Is this normal? Do people usually continue their prolactin meds throughout pregnancy?

I also conceived via IVF, and I stopped the cabergoline shortly after my positive beta, per the direction of my RE.
