Now that Great Beginnings in Gaithersburg is gone, where is there another good place for quality rockers/gliders in MoCo? |
Buy Buy Baby has a ton. Also if you asked around on the neighborhood list serve I feel confident that someone would give you theirs. |

I got a great one from Wayfair. Checked out buy buy baby and didn't like the options. |
+1. |
Bought a glider from West Elm. |
I got a good one from Walmart believe it or not! |
Tried them out at Buy Buy baby and then bought the same brand a lot cheaper at JCP. I didn’t care about endless pattern choices and glad I went that way. It’s been spit up on a bunch. |
Costco for mine |
+1 for Wayfair - ours from there is SO comfortable and was so reasonably priced. They don't seem to have the exact one we got a year ago on there but the brand was Viv+Rae and they have a bunch of them. |
Your local moms group. Back when Dutailier was big, I got a one year old Dutailier for $50. I spent $75 on new cushions. That thing would have cost $900 otherwise! |
I'm typing this from an amazing dutailier rocker we bought for $25 from a garage sale.
Check craigslist and friends for people giving them up. (Though why anyone would give them up, I don't know. Gliding rockers are awesome.) |
Craigslist. Got mine for 100 |
