Feb Vacation with a girlfriend no kids

I want to go somewhere warm, sunny and on the beach for Feb. with a girlfriend for a long weekend. We are both excited to go together without other responsibilities. Ideas of where to go? Money somewhat an issue. . . i.e. not Four Seasons. Thanks!!
