This is a gift for my cousin and I know she will want the current "it" thing. Is Petunia Picklebottom still in? What about Storksak? Any others? Thanks!
My sister purchased a Petunia Picklebottom from Ebay! I think she saved about $60. It was a brand new , with tags bag! She is really enjoying is so far!
Having used Petunia and Kate Spade diaper bags, I think the best approach is a Longchamp nylon (foldable) bag. It's washable if something leaks, light and has a zipper. Doubles as a tote, for travel, work files etc. The only special thing about diaper bags is that they come with a changing pad, which you can get separately, and bottle pockets that don't stop the bottles from leaking.
I have the Ju Ju Be Packabe and truly love it. It can be used as either knapsack or shoulder bag and is comfortable either way. I love its looks too--it comes in all sorts of patterns. Other Ju Ju Be bags are also great. http://www.shopjujube.com/Product.aspx?l=00010001000000000000&p=JJB01230
I love the diaper bags that are available from Gap.com. They are hip!
Hip diaper bag? Unfortunately, there is no such thing.
I have a Kate Spade and have diaper bag envy with the Oi Oi bags. They come in fun prints and don't look diaper-bag-y.
I noticed that www.hautelook.com is having a big sale on the Petunia Pickle Bottom bags now.

I love this site. The bags are really good quality plus you get to pick out your own fabrics/designs. http://www.1154lill.com/home/
