Were they home when it happened? Is the home fairly isolated? I can't imagine someone trying to break down the front door in a suburban neighborhood. That would make a lot of noise, and it would be fairly obvious, no?

they were home and called thre police. I haven’t been ther inabiit 10 years but I think there are neighboring homes. It’s more of travillah Potomac unless they moved again

How are security cameras going to prevent someone from breaking down your door? All they will do is provide video for the police to look at while processing the crime scene where you were assaulted or murdered. That'll be useful if they're ever caught and successfully prosecuted... but it won't do squat to protect you in the moment that it's occurring.

Harden up your doors, and be trained, equipped, and willing to defend yourself. Those are the only things that will protect you. A camera cannot.

Very scary. This type of thing is super rare in Potomac. There is almost no crime in Potomac ever. The invaders probably know the residents or the house somehow and this was targeted.

Are they Asian or do they own a business? Someone thought they had a lot of cash in the house.
