recommendations for CPAs for tax implications of investments

Anonymous
I'm trying to help my mother simplify and reduce the aggressiveness of her investments that she has in annuities, CDs, stock, some in a managed portfolio, some in IRAs and taxable accounts, and a living trust. I'd like her to put everything in a simple 60/40 vanguard life cycle fund but need a tax expert, most likely a CPA, who can advise on the implications of moving money around within her portfolio, who charges an hourly rate. (All the CFPs that I've researched seem to want to take over the management of the investments themselves which is not what I'm interested in....or develop these large-scale recommendations for every financial aspect of her life...which is not what she needs either).

Depending on how much money you have to invest in Vanguard, they have advisors who may be able to help you. I forget what the investing limit is, but their assistance is free.
