The biggest recent contributor to traffic in DC is Lyft/Uber. Cities used to control traffic by limiting parking. Now Uber and Lyft have blown up that plan. Congestion pricing is one way to deal with it. |

Very in support of this. Glad NYC was finally able to break through to make it happen there (though implementation still pending).
