is there still time to change college selection?

as title says.. is there still time?
already put in enrollment fee for one college.
Now having second thoughts.
is there still time enroll for another college and withdraw earlier enrollment.

In you are Virginia, all publics except VT and UVA will still be accepting deposits past May 1. I'm in higher ed and everyone except those two schools are behind in enrollment goals.

Since 2013, CNU, Longwood, Radford, ODU, Norfolk State, Virginia State, and UVA Wise have had declines in undergraduate enrollment. The other schools have all increased enrollment.
